For those of you who aren’t familiar with Pediatric Therapy Solutions, we are an outpatient therapy clinic in Prairieville. With over 45 team members and multiple specialties, our services for children are expansive. We offer occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, ABA, and a therapeutic preschool. We treat children of all ages, and our occupational therapists also treat adults with mental health concerns.
Pediatric Therapy Solutions opened over 9 years ago after our owner and an occupational therapist, Danielle Mixon, had a life changing experience with her son who had developmental challenges. Danielle had to look outside the box to find treatments that worked for her child. After seeing his success and realizing the life-changing impact that effective early intervention can have on children, Danielle opened Pediatric Therapy Solutions in 2014.
At Pediatric Therapy Solutions, we constantly strive to provide the highest quality of services and to treat each child as if they were our own. We believe the difference is in the details. All of our therapists have individual treatment rooms to work with their patients, in addition to our large sensory gym, inclusive playground, kitchen, and preschool classrooms. We reserve over an hour for initial evaluations so that our therapists can perform thorough assessments, meet with parents, and establish a plan of action at the initial visit. We know our waiting room is for parents, so we strive to make it a pleasant experience, with couches and comfortable chairs, relaxing music, and pleasant art on the walls. Pediatric Therapy Solutions is truly our happy place, and hopefully, if you’ve visited us, you’ve felt the difference.
PTS started with only one therapist treating a few patients a week, and over the past 9 years, we have grown to a team of over 45 and treat over 500 patients a week!
